Neeladri Sen

Communications / Collaborations / Scientific Program Team Member

Neeladri Sen is a post-doc in the CATH lab in University College London (UCL) working with Prof. Christine Orengo working on functional site predictions in proteins. He received his PhD from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune working in the field of computational structural biology with the major focus on protein-protein and protein-small molecule interfaces. He is generally interested in computational structural biology – machine learning, protein structure modeling, molecular dynamics, docking. He joined the ISCB-SC Webinars in 2020, and is involved with the Communications, Collaborations and Scientific Program teams.
